I am so happy I found your company. I eat mainly fish so it is important to me to find a 'clean' product. Love the story regarding the process from sea to can. Also I get the sense that the company is run ethically and honestly.
I love the sardines in water too. They are so sweet versus some brands which are metallic and bitter. Love the fact they are European caught and the bones are intact too as I have osteoporosis and need the additional calcium. (I too am European)
It was wonderful to find some tinned salmon that had skin and bones. I was beginning to think no one did that any more. A wonderful and tasty find that I will continue to have on hand. Thank you !
