Meet Henry & Lisa

Our founders, Henry and Lisa, are fueled by their love for the oceans. They decided to create a mission-driven company 25 years ago called EcoFish, that would provide only premium quality, delicious seafood in a truly sustainable way.

On a sourcing trip to the Iberian Peninsula, Henry and Lisa fell in love with the rich European tradition of tinning seafood and decided to create a new line called Freshé. Beginning with responsibly sourced proteins, they designed traditional, globally inspired recipes filled with wholesome vegetables, legumes, vibrant herbs, spices, and olive oil.
