The skin and bones are removed prior to packing, providing extra convenience in preparation. High Protein and full of Omega-3 rich oils. Disappointed in the salmon. I was expecting big chunks of fresh salmon. Instead it’s like tan in a can. Tastes more like tuna in a can. Won’t be buying this brand again.
This salmon tastes great made into a tuna type sandwich or eating it straight from the can.
